Prices

The above prices are in BGN, per room and include: bed, breakfast, insurance, tourist tax, 9 % VAT, Wi Fi, in-room safe, fitness, parking, use of outdoor swimming pool, use of sunbed + umbrella (per room) during the summer season.

* Single room – min. accommodation: 1 adult, max. accommodation: 1 adult;
** Double room, Studio – min. accommodation: 1 adult, max. accommodation: 2 Adults + 1 child;
*** Suite (Superior § Deluxe) - min. accommodation: 1 adult, max. accommodation: 2 Adults + 1 child;
        On request – option for 2 adults + 2 children in a Suite
       

I. Terms for bookings, changes and cancellations:

II. Reductions:

• Child from 0 to 3.99 years – free of charge in the parents' room;
• A child from 4 to 11.99 years, accommodated in a room with 2 adults – pays 30 % of the price of regular bed for the respective room type Double room, Studio, Suite;
• Second child from 4 to 11.99 years, accommodated in a room with 2 adults – pays 30 % of the price of regular bed for the respective type of accommodation – Suite;
• Every adult over 12 years on additional bed in room – 50 % discount from the price of regular bed for the respective type of Double room, Studio, Suite;
• 1 adults + 1 Child (0 + 3.99 years) – you pay for a single room;
• 1 adults + 1 Child (4 – 11.99 years) – you pay the price of a Double room, Studio or Suite for 2 adults using a regular bed.
